How do I order a personalised item?
Pick your product, fill in the personalisation fields (name, age, theme or colour notes, and your party date), and add it to your cart. For a fully bespoke design, message us on WhatsApp at +65 8832 3657 and we’ll create something unique with you.
Can I see the design before it’s made?
Yes, every personalised order includes a free digital mockup to approve before we make anything, plus 2 free revisions, so your item turns out exactly the way you pictured it.
How long does an order take?
Our standard lead time is 4–7 working days from the moment you approve your design mockup. Got a tight party date? Message us on WhatsApp first and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I order for a specific party date?
Absolutely. Add your party date in the personalisation fields when ordering so we can plan production around it. For last-minute orders, WhatsApp us to confirm timing before you buy.
Delivery & Collection
Do you deliver across Singapore?
Yes, we deliver to most parts of Singapore. Delivery is free for orders above S$40; for smaller orders a
flat rate applies. A few restricted or remote locations — such as certain shipyards, army camps and offshore or restricted-access areas — may fall outside our delivery coverage. If you’re unsure about your address, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm before you order.Is self-collection available?
Yes, free self-collection is available from our studio in the Senja Road area (Singapore 670612). Just choose “Pickup” at checkout and we’ll let you know when your order is ready.
Do you ship overseas?
At the moment we deliver within Singapore only, we don’t ship overseas. We’re proudly Singapore-based, handmaking every order right here in our Singapore studio.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for orders above S$40, otherwise a $2 flat rate applies. Self-collection is always free.
Products & Customisation
What can I personalise?
Most of our range can be personalised with names, ages, themes and colours including cake toppers, cupcake toppers, milestone boards, bunting banners, backdrop banners and stickers. Each product page shows exactly what you can customise.
What sizes are available?
Cake toppers come in 10, 12, 14 and 16 cm widths; milestone boards in A1, A2 and A3; and backdrop banners at around 130 × 80 cm. Full sizing is listed on each product page.
Are your cake toppers safe near candles?
Our cake toppers are decorative and made from quality cardstock, so please keep them away from open flames and lit candles, and remove them before cutting near heat.
What are your decorations made from?
Everything is handmade in our Singapore studio, cake toppers from quality cardstock, milestone and foam boards on 5 mm foam board, and backdrop banners on durable PVC with eyelets.
Do you offer party bundles or matching sets?
Yes! Our bundle sets pair matching toppers, banners and stickers together to save you money. Browse our bundles or WhatsApp us for a custom set built around your theme.
Payment, Changes & Policies
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely at checkout with major cards (Visa and Mastercard) and PayPal.
Can I make changes after ordering?
Since every item is personalised and made to order, please double-check your details. You’ll receive a mockup to approve (with 2 free revisions) before we start, that’s the perfect time to request any changes.
What is your refund policy?
As each piece is custom-made just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind. But because you approve a free mockup (with 2 revisions) before we make it, you’re always in control of the final design. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away and we’ll put it right.
